Breed: Yorkie/Tibetan Terrier mix
Weight: 17 pounds
Meet Quincy, a Yorkie/Tibetan Terrier mix, approximately a year old. He’s 17 lbs. of pure adorable and is becoming less shy now that he’s in the care of a loving foster. He’s housebroken and well behaved in the house and is getting used to people and animals on the street. Quincy is neutered, has had all his shots, is microchipped and heartworm tested negative. He quickly warms up to just about everyone once he becomes familiar. He’s a sweet and tender pup and he loves to give his foster mom kisses, cuddle with her on the couch during the day, and sleep next to her in bed at night.
We think that Quincy would do best in an adult home or family with older children. But, he’s young enough to adapt to almost any environment. With love and nurturing, this fellow will be a wonderful addition to any family. Could yours be the one?
Breed: Shih Tzu
Weight: 12 pounds
Meet our precious rescue boy, Cole. He's around five or six years old, and is a 12 lb. Shih Tzu. He was turned into the city shelter by his previous owners, but was lucky enough to be saved by Woof Rescue. Cole is sweet and loving with his foster mom and curls up with her on the sofa and in bed. When someone pets him and makes him happy, Cole emits the cutest purr noises and he'll run your way if you ask for kisses. All of the transitions in his life however, have left him a bit protective of his food and toys. His foster mom is diligently working with him on these guarding issues and making good progress. We know he’s certain to become more relaxed as he settles into a warm, loving home. Despite his personable nature, he will do best with new parents who are experienced with dogs and preferably live outside the city with perhaps a yard and good space for Cole to play. Please help us find a great home for this adorable boy!
